Request to purchase Software or Hardware outside of District Standards

Software purchases that (1) fall outside of the list of approved software, or (2) cost over $500.00, or (3) require a contractual agreement with the publisher, must be approved by the Information Technology Department. (IT)

Computer Hardware purchases that fall outside of the district hardware standards are still subject to billing for the mandated 4 year Extended Warranty, on site set up, and the $70.00 SDUSD Software Licensing Package per machine.
