Enroll Today in DWA Password Self-Service

The Information Technology  Department wants to remind staff to enroll in Password Self-Service and save valuable time in the future by having the ability to reset your own DWA Password and bypass the IT Help Desk. It is common for employees to forget to change their password before it expires, or to forget passwords when returning from an absence such as summer break, winter break, or vacation. To take advantage of this new self-service feature, visit https://pss.sandi.net or https://pss.sandi.net/. For more information, contact Mike Casey mcasey@sandi.net or (619) 725-7784.

Expense Reports Created at End of Fiscal Year 2008

Expense reports created close to June 30, 2008, were likely denied due to fiscal year end. PeopleSoft Financials prevents the Accounts Payable Department from paying 2008 reports in fiscal year 2009. A new 2009 replacement report can easily be created by copying the data from the denied one. Simply sign-on to PeopleSoft Financial, navigate to create an expense report and select "Existing Report.” Select the applicable report by clicking the "Select" buttton next to the report number, then save and submit your new report. For information, call Sandy Davis at (619) 725-7756.
